Remember the “Old Spice Challenge?” Several years ago, Old Spice did this big promotion where they’d buy you a stick of your chosen deodorant if you used Old Spice and it didn’t keep you smelling nice. I tried it, and I won. To date, the only deodorant that keeps BO at bay for me is women’s Secret. Strong enough for a man, but pH balanced for Farris Goldstein.
When I got out of the shower I found that my Secret was all used up. So I dug around in my still-packed bathroom box to find a stick of Old Spice I had gotten from some college care-package a year ago. I consented to a rematch with Old Spice.
Well, it’s 1:30pm, and I’m already beating OS’s best. It’s going in the trash tonight.
