By now most of you know the theme of the upcoming NYE party at my house. If you’re one of those who has lived under a rock (or maybe you’ve just now come out of hiding after many days finishing Knights of the Old Republic II and being disappointed with its conclusion), read the dirt here.
One of the exciting aspects of this party begins well in advance of December 31. In fact, it has already begun. Our theme is Seven Deadly Sins, right? So collect all seven of our full-color trading cards. You’ll find these in various places around teh Intarwebs, but who knows how long they will stay put? Here is the first I will make available to you:
There are also hardcopies of these floating around the “real world,” whatever that is. If you collect all seven, you may just be in for a surprise when you show up to the shindig.
One of the highlights of this particular sin, Envy, is a possible performance by one of the Dallas music scene’s best-kept secrets known as The Brown Gravy Band. If you play an instrument that is easy to cart around, why not bring it by and see if you can get your neighbor to covet your thunder? If not, just come and covet ours, er, theirs.
