This is a truly historic occasion. I have found a (sorta) diet drink that I like. I’m pissed that I waited this long to try it.
C2 is good. It’s not nearly as refreshing or orgasmic as a nice, cold, sugary Real Thing, but it’s not even a quarter as nasty as pure asparthame-diet cola.
So no more regular Coke for me. Let’s see how much of a difference consuming roughly half the sugar I used to makes on my physique. Also, on the advice of Vicki, I’m going to stop eating two huge meals a day and start eating moderate amounts 3 to 5 times a day. I will probably be hungry for a while, but eventually I’m going to get to where I always eat a little bit before I get hungry so that I never am.
Did that make any sense? Maybe. Taylor & John: All my Coke are belong to you, all your Base are belong to me.

I stopped drinking coke at the house a few months ago.
Ditching sugar helps, i hate all the artificial sweeteners out there, though I have begun substituting unrefined honey and unrefined sugar in coffee/tea, which the body breaks down alot better than refined sugars. Jenn lost alot of weight when she started to “eat only enough to quench the hunger when I first notice it” but now school and work have gotten so bad that the exercise is gone, which sux.
