Listen up! My band, Soul Glow, is doing a last minute show at Firewater Bar & Grill tomorrow night, Friday. We go on at 8. I know lots of you have plans, but if you could tell are your friends, enemies, relatives and neighbors how awesome we are and get as many people to come as you can, we’ll have a much better chance of being asked back for a later slot.
Helping me out here has a direct effect on how well my family eats, and how well-stocked my future parties are. This is, like, my job. It may even be my day job, some day. Supposedly that can’t happen until the amount I earn from the band is greater than the amount I spend on it. Whatever. That’s economic hocus pocus.
