Well, not really.
Go add yourself to the GentleNews Frappr map. Just a silly little app to track friends, readers, etc. Looks pretty benign to me.

Nimble Acrobats, Transformers, and Dead Spammers
November 11th, 2004 in Blogging, Potpourri and Tech. CommentsI still don’t have this place organized the way I want, so I’ll just stick this here: If you’re using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 (reader or writer), and you’re sick of it taking so long to load, just go in and remove a bunch of the included plugins that you know you’ll never use. Mine went [...]
I now have WP cross-posting to LJ semi-decently. However, since I’m still more or less an amateur at php, I could only get it to use the ugly-ass index.php?p=#### links instead of my pretty /archives/YYYY/MM/DD/title-pf-post.php links. This isn’t a huge deal, but I don’t like it. Hopefully I can clear it up later.
I like Wordpress, but it’s going to take some getting-used-to. The upside: I’m learning a lot more about php. MT is still here, but probably not for long, and it’s not being updated. Before I get rid of it, I’ll come up with a rewrite rule to direct old links to their respective Wordpress [...]

I’ve been quite lax in updating this thing lately. Some tend to take this as a sign that I’ve been lazy. Well, I have been lazy with respect to journaling, but also very busy elsewhere. The job, whether I’m productive or not on any given day, consumes about 11 hours (includign commute) of my time [...]
Check out my threaded comments. I’m still toying with the layout, but they work. You can also now choose whether you want notification when someone replies to your comment.
I also installed SimpleComments, to make TrackBacks and Comments all show up as Comments. Someone needs to ping my ass to see if I did it properly.
I’ve read this guy’s blog for almost a year now. He’s quite liberal, and when he talks politics I almost always disagree with him, but I’ve only opened my mouth once or twice. Mainly I do it because liberals often pride themselves on the knowing the importance of diversity in intellectual discourse. Not that I’m [...]
And anyone who makes NewsRadio references without evening knowing it is at least worth a look.
